Shipping Original Art
The company (Art by Morenike LLC) will ship original art within the United States through USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Art pieces would be shipped within one to two weeks of receiving your order. Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email
address, or mobile number via text, after item has shipped.
Shipping Art Prints and Merchandise
Items (art prints and other merchandise) purchased from categories other
than “Original Art” from the site shop, may be fulfilled and shipped through
third party companies such as Printful and Finer Works. Tracking information
will be sent to the purchaser’s email address after the order has shipped.
Please allow one week from when your order was placed for your order to
ship.
International Shipping
Before placing an international order (for delivery outside the United States),
please contact Art by Morenike LLC at artbymorenike@gmail.com for
estimated shipping costs. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for
all applicable taxes, duties, and other fees required by the destination
country.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if you
have any issues with your art, please contact Art by Morenike LLC at
artbymorenike@gmail.com.
Please keep in mind that color shifts can vary on different devices. While art
pieces are photographed to represent their true colors, slight color variances
could still be noticed when received in person.
After investigation, a refund may be issued if the artwork arrives damaged.
All art is packaged with care to ensure safe arrival to you. However, in the
unexpected event your order arrives damaged, please take and send photos
of damages to the box and / or artwork within 3 days of the delivery date to
artbymorenike@gmail.com. Upon review of the photos, and at the discretion
of the Business, you will be provided with next steps on how to send the
artwork back for a full refund.

Reproducing purchased artwork for profit is prohibited.
The artist, Morenike Adesulu, retains the rights to all artwork (including
commissioned pieces) created by her. The rights to use and sell reproduction
of sold art works belong to the artist Morenike Adesulu. Unless partial or full
rights have been purchased by the collector / purchaser, the artist Morenike
Adesulu retains all reproduction rights.
